As part of the due diligence of IPO,  QIM Tenement Report has been completed by Greencap early this week. Greencap was assigned to conduct an independent review of the tenement status and provide QIM a report for our tenements, including:

• Exploration Permit for Minerals (EPM) 13278
• Mineral Development Licence (MDL) 355
• Mining Lease Application (MLA) 80116

As concluded in this report, all three tenements subject to the tenement report remain in good standing.
