The Consolidated Financial Statement with audit report was circulated to all attendees before the commencement of the AGM. If you are shareholders of QIM and you did not attend the AGM, please contract us by email: echen@htl.net.au to obtain a copy of the report.

As resolution of changing company name has been passed during the AGM, the company’s name will be changed to High Titanium Resources & Technology Limited. Official notice will be given in due course.
