The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company hereby announces the following adjustments regarding the position of Company Secretary:

• Resignation of Joint Company Secretary: Mr. Eric Chen has recently tendered his resignation as the Joint Company Secretary. The Board has formally accepted his resignation and completed the relevant administrative procedures.
• Acknowledgment of Service: The Board wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Eric Chen for his contributions during his tenure. Following his resignation from the secretarial role, Mr. Chen will continue to serve the Company in his capacity as Executive Assistant.
• Sole Company Secretary: With immediate effect, the Company’s secretarial functions have been resumed solely by Mr. Ian Mitchell.
